随着社会经济的发展,人们对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,主要表现在对住房建筑的舒适度的追求上。基于这种情况,建筑行业的工作人员目前的主要任务就是提高居民住房的外围护结构的施工建设工作的整体质量,以提升市民住房的舒适度。本文作者就工民建建筑外围护结构的一些设计原则和一些设计策略展开了分析,以期给相关的施工建设人员一定的参考价值。
With the development of society and economy, people’s requirements for the quality of life are also getting higher and higher, mainly in the pursuit of comfort of housing construction. Based on this situation, the main task of the construction industry staff now is to improve the overall quality of construction and construction of the external envelope of residential buildings in order to enhance the housing comfort of the public. The author analyzes some design principles and some design strategies of the workers and civilians building exterior envelope structure with a view to giving certain reference to the construction workers.
