本文根据某款手持式微波矢量网络分析仪的研制要求,设计了一种基于混合集成电路的矢网收发混频组件,此组件频率范围可覆盖30k Hz-18GHz,实现发射信号分离、幅度调节、定向耦合、信号接收和混频等功能。此组件特点是体积小,重量轻,同时保证高动态范围和良好的方向性指标。四通道接收方案对应双端口矢量网络分析仪,能够实现传输、反射和全2端口测试并可根据需要选择大信号和小信号测量模式。组件的高隔离度指标能为整机提供高达100d B的动态范围,良好的方向性可以满足整机40d B的初始方向性要求。
According to the development of a hand-held microwave vector network analyzer, this paper designs a vector network transmission and reception mixer based on hybrid integrated circuit. The frequency range of this component can cover 30kHz-18GHz, which can separate the transmitted signal, adjust the amplitude, Directional coupling, signal reception and mixing functions. This module features small size, light weight, while ensuring high dynamic range and good directionality index. The four-channel reception scheme corresponds to a dual port vector network analyzer capable of transmitting, reflecting, and all-2-port testing and can select large and small signal measurement modes as needed. The component’s high isolation index provides up to 100dB dynamic range for the complete machine and good directivity to meet the initial directivity requirements of 40d B.
