通过散热器芯子结构及装配工艺的分析,提出了管片式散热器芯子自动装配中的自动分片原理和方法。在此基础上,运用可编程序控制器和位置控制脉冲单元的主从控制,研制了散热器芯子自动装配机。样机运行表明:基本解决了芯子装配自动化的技术难题。
According to the analysis of heat sink core structure and assembly process, the automatic slicing principle and method in the automatic assembly of tube heat sink core are proposed. On this basis, the use of programmable logic controller and the position control pulse master-slave control unit, developed radiator core assembly machine. Prototype operation shows that: the basic solution to the core assembly automation technology problems.
