本文对铜(Ⅱ)-组氨酸配位吸附波的极谱行为进行了研究,该波属不可逆波。测定了配合物的组成及其条件生成常数和化学反应速率常数,对电极反应机制也进行了探讨。 In this paper, the polarographic behavior of the copper (II) -histidine coordination adsorption wave has been investigated. The wave is an irreversible wave. The composition of the complex, its constants of formation and the constant rate of chemical reaction were also determined. The reaction mechanism of the electrode was also discussed.
