恶性组织细胞增生症(简称恶组),又名恶性网状细胞增生症。由于恶组的病理变化和临床表现比较多样,因此对这种疾病的认识不一致,命名亦很杂乱。国内自1957年首次报告以来,至今已报告有800余例。近年来恶组的发病率有逐渐增加的趋势,但至今对其病变的认识仍不尽相同。为进一步加深对恶组的认识,现将我教研室1966年至1983年间确诊为恶组的12例尸检材料,进行分析,临床资料 Malignant histiocytosis (referred to as evil group), also known as malignant reticular cell hyperplasia.
