The medicine of the motherland has a long history and rich experience. It is the crystallization of diligence and wisdom of working people and the heritage of splendid national culture. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, remarkable progress has been made in the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese medicine. With the deepening of economic reform and the general improvement of people’s living standards, the demand of the general public for medicine is unprecedentedly urgent. It is imperative to develop medicine in the motherland and improve the professional quality of Chinese medicine practitioners. At all levels
