随着我国农村改革的深入,农村党员的角色呈现出多样化的趋势。推进新农村建设,要求农村党员必须明确自己所应承担的责任和义务,充分发挥先锋模范作用,践行科学发展观,作新农村建设的积极贯彻者与有力执行者。作为推进新农村建设的核心力量,农村党员要正确认识自己在新农村建设中所应扮演的角色,按照“守信念、讲奉献、有本领、重品行”的要求,确定进行角色定位的基本路径,作新农村建设的领路人和带头者。
