目的观察调脂配方颗粒联合辛伐他汀片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的108例高脂血症患者随机分为两组。治疗组54例口服自拟调脂配方颗粒,对照组54例口服辛伐他汀片(20 mg,1/d),治疗4M后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组(调脂免煎颗粒联合辛伐他汀)治疗高脂血症优于对照组(单用辛伐他汀),且副作用少于对照组。结论调脂免煎颗粒联合辛伐他汀可以更好的改善高脂血症的血脂异常,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaozhi formula granule combined with simvastatin tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 108 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 54 oral self-adjusting lipid granules were given orally. In the control group, 54 patients were given simvastatin tablets (20 mg, 1 / d) for 4 months. Results The treatment group (Tiaozhi Jiefang Granule combined with simvastatin) was superior to the control group (simvastatin alone) in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, with fewer side effects than the control group. Conclusion Tiaozhi Jiefang granules combined with simvastatin can better improve the dyslipidemia of hyperlipidemia, with good safety.
