为了尝试为大学的图情系提供一个与图书馆工作相结合的条件并为基层图书馆提供一个从理论层次总结工作的机会,也为刊物提供一个质量较高的稿源,从1990年开始,我刊就酝酿了“刊·系·馆”这个图书馆界协作的新构思,并得到华东师大图情系和上海市黄浦区图书馆的支持。由华东师大图情系派出范并思老师带领本科毕业生郁雄伟、梁坚两同学对黄浦区馆进行了为期近半年的调查研究,并写出一篇近万言的书面报告。经过该系副主任王世伟的润泽,最后由文煮同志修改整理成文,现以郁梁文笔名发表。本文的发表是这个专题的开端,希望能引起各大学图情专业与基层馆的兴趣,为提高图情专业与基层馆的理论与实践的契合提供一种新型的服务。至于沈恩泽馆长的“图书馆大文化”的观点也希望能引起同行们的讨论。

The publication of this article is the beginning of this topic, hoping to arouse students’ interest in the college graphics and grass-roots libraries and to provide a new type of service to enhance the integration between the professional and the basic-level museum theory and practice. As for the director Shen Enze’s “big library culture” view also hopes to arouse colleagues to discuss.
