Training is an important way to help people grow, but some hotels have poor training systems because of inadequate internal training resources. This article puts forward the concept of continuous tailor-made training system for hotel personnel, and takes Nader Hotel Co., Ltd. as a sample to explore how to realize the resource sharing between school and enterprise under the premise of deep cooperation between school and enterprise.
