在社会经济发展进入新常态的背景下,面临内部发展压力及外部越来越激烈的市场竞争,各个地区都在逐步推进产业转型升级。在产业转型升级过程中,需要大量的高素质人才给予支持。而在我国现有教育体系下,高职院校的人才培养与社会产业发展息息相关,因此高职院校的人才培养创新尤为重要。
