为掌握全县1998年5岁以下儿童死亡情况,进一步加强我县儿童保健工作,降低儿童死亡率,提高儿童的健康水平,完善儿保措施,对1998年度5岁以下儿童进行监测分析。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 以我县全部0～5岁儿童为监测对象。1.2 方法 按照《莒南县5岁以下儿童死亡调查实施方案》的要求,组织全县妇幼人员对5岁以下儿童死亡进行回顾性调查,在乡级调查的基础上,县级人员进一步核查,确保资料的真实性、可靠性。2 结果与分析
