目的:观察小儿疝气手术应用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉的临床效果。方法:将120例疝气患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组实施气管插入导管,实验组实施喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉治疗,观察分析其临床麻醉效果。结果:实验组T1时心率为(113.21±12.67)次/min,平均动脉压为(81.23±0.61)mmHg,对照组T1时心率为(136.25±0.58)次/min,平均动脉压为(136.25±0.58)mmHg;实验组T3时心率为(127.36±0.53)次/min,平均动脉压为(89.4±7.53)mmHg,对照组T3时心率为(140.26±1.68)次/min,平均动脉压为(103.36±8.74)mmHg,实验结果显示,实验组在T1、T3时心率、平均动脉压明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在T2时心率为(112.26±10.32)次/min,平均动脉压为(82.64±7.51)mmHg,对照组在T2时心率为(142.38±9.58)次/min,平均动脉压为(101.21±7.21)mmHg,实验结果显示,实验组在T2时平均动脉压显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疝气儿童应用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉,可使患儿心率、动脉压明显降低,安全稳定,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric hernia operation. Methods: A total of 120 children with hernia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received tracheal intubation catheterization. The experimental group received laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. The clinical anesthesia was observed and analyzed. Results: The heart rate was (113.21 ± 12.67) beats / min at T1 and the mean arterial pressure was (81.23 ± 0.61) mmHg at T1. The heart rate was 136.25 ± 0.58 at T1 and the mean arterial pressure was 136.25 ± 0.58) mmHg. The heart rate was (127.36 ± 0.53) times / min and the mean arterial pressure was (89.4 ± 7.53) mmHg in T3 group and 140.26 ± 1.68 times / min in T3 group 103.36 ± 8.74) mmHg. The experimental results showed that the heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T1 and T3 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The heart rate of the experimental group at T2 was 112.26 ± 10.32 ), The mean arterial pressure was (82.64 ± 7.51) mmHg, while the control group was (142.38 ± 9.58) times / min at T2 and mean arterial pressure was (101.21 ± 7.21) mmHg. The experimental results showed that in the experimental group T2 mean arterial pressure was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children with hernia can significantly reduce the heart rate and arterial pressure in children with safety and stability, and has clinical value of popularization.
