为了探讨游泳训练对糖尿病前期大鼠血管损伤和氧化应激状态的影响.采用高能饲料喂养方法建立糖尿病前期大鼠模型,随机分为正常大鼠安静组、正常大鼠游泳组、糖尿病前期大鼠安静组和糖尿病前期大鼠游泳组,游泳训练8周后取血清和血管样品,HE染色法观察血管的病理性变化;并用试剂盒检测大鼠血清和血管的氧化应激状态和NO等指标.结果表明:与对照组比较,糖尿病前期大鼠血管出现明显损伤,血管和血清均处于明显的氧化应激状态,NO含量显著降低;8周游泳运动干预后,糖尿病前期大鼠血管和血清中抗氧化能力和NO含量显著提高,血管损伤明显改善.以上结论初步证实,游泳训练能平衡糖尿病前期大鼠氧化应激状态,从而对血管发挥保护作用.
In order to investigate the effect of swimming training on vascular injury and oxidative stress in pre-diabetic rats, pre-diabetic rat model was established by high-energy feedstuff and randomly divided into normal rat quiet group, normal rat swimming group, pre-diabetic rat Quiet group and pre-diabetic rat swimming group, serum and blood samples were taken after swimming training for 8 weeks. The pathological changes of blood vessels were observed by HE staining. Serum and blood vessel oxidative stress and NO were detected with kit. The results showed that compared with the control group, the blood vessels of the pre-diabetic rats were significantly damaged, the blood vessels and serum were significantly oxidative stress, and the content of NO was significantly decreased. After swimming for 8 weeks, Oxidative capacity and NO content significantly increased vascular injury significantly improved.The above conclusions preliminary confirmed that swimming training can balance the oxidative stress in pre-diabetic rats, which play a protective role on the blood vessels.
