为给蝗虫灾害光电诱导捕集治理技术中蝗虫趋光增益性热源温度参数的确定及光温耦合调控效应的有效实施提供技术支持,该文利用LED光源、温控加热装置和行为反应试验装置,采用对比试验法进行蝗虫趋光增益性热源温度的优选,探讨光温耦合效应与环境温度作用对蝗虫趋光增益行为影响的机理.结果显示:热源温度高低、光谱色光照、环境温度及蝗虫昼行夜伏性活动规律影响夜间蝗虫对光温耦合效应的选择,热源温度于蝗虫的趋光响应具有增益效应,其中以65℃热源温度于蝗虫的趋光增益作用最佳;同一时间段内,蝗虫对紫光与65℃热源温度耦合效应的选择最优;热源温度对蝗虫的光温诱导起增益群集作用,而光谱色光照对蝗虫诱导起主要作用.该项目的开展对于蝗虫光电诱导捕集机械化技术中在确定温度增益调控参数以及诱导区域内光温耦合效应对蝗虫诱导率的评估可提供实践指导参考.
