通过数值计算方法研究了进气道插板式总压畸变试验技术。在已有试验数据的基础上,应用数值仿真的手段模拟了插板扰流后的流场特性,分析了插板后不同位置的流场结构和畸变度。通过和试验数据对比,得出计算结果在AIP截面和试验结果在趋势上吻合良好,数值上则存在较大差异。在插板后异于AIP截面,存在能满足周向总压畸变指数与试验值相当的截面,从而可通过插值处理,计算出不同进口马赫数对应的计算截面,对试验进行初步预估。
Through the numerical calculation method, the inlet flapper total pressure distortion test technology is studied. Based on the existing experimental data, the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow field characteristics after the spoiler is spoiled, and the flow field structure and distortion at different positions after the plumbing are analyzed. By comparing with the experimental data, it is concluded that the calculated results agree well with the experimental results in the AIP cross section and the test results, and there is a big difference in the numerical values. After the board is different from the AIP section, there is a cross-section that can meet the circumferential total pressure distortion index and the test value, which can be interpolated to calculate the calculated cross-section corresponding to the different Mach number of imports, the preliminary test estimates.
