一个企业、一个国家能否兴旺发达,关键还是人的问题。如果说香港有什么潜在危机的话,在我看来,最大的危机就是缺少人才。就这方面而言,香港要向新加坡多学习学习。人家新加坡已经公开表态了,只要你是人才,你肚皮里有本事,就请你来,向你敞开大门;如果你拿出来的东西确实“灵光”,马上可以留下来;如果你做了两年,效果不错,还可以拿新加坡护照,让你一直住下去,新加坡就是这样拼命吸引人才的。
