随着现代生产技术的发展,噪声污染已成为世界三大公害之一,引起人们的高度重视。职业性噪声对人体的多器官产生损伤,尤其对听力造成损伤,引起听力的严重损害,主要表现为听力下降。另外对人体有非特异性作用,尤其对心血管系统,主要表现为血压不稳定,甚至可引起血压持续性升高;对心功能的影响导致心率加快、心律不齐、甚至出现ST段及T波异常的改变,表明噪声与高血压、心电图异常之间存在剂量-效应关系。本文就职业性噪声对心血管系统影响的研究进展作一综述。
With the development of modern production technology, noise pollution has become one of the three major public hazards in the world, attracting people’s attention. Occupational noise on the human organ damage, especially on hearing impairment, causing severe hearing loss, mainly for hearing loss. In addition to the non-specific role of the human body, especially for the cardiovascular system, the main manifestations of unstable blood pressure, and even can cause persistent blood pressure; the impact on cardiac function lead to heart rate, arrhythmia, and even ST segment and T wave Abnormal changes indicate a dose-response relationship between noise and hypertension and ECG abnormalities. This article reviews the research progress of occupational noise on the cardiovascular system.
