本文在分析建筑工程特点的基础上,从沟通、激励、规范3个方面探讨了如何充分发挥人的主观能动性,以提高建筑工程现场管理水平。因为一个工程项目从立项、规划、设计、审核到施工,及至竣工验收,资料归档管理,整个流程,环环相扣,任何环节都不能有丝毫闪失,否则其所引起的损失均是难以估量的,因此,对于项目的现场施工管理,必须百分之百的重视、投入。
