目的制备芦荟凝胶的胶原-壳聚糖-硫酸软骨素三元膜,研究其在大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合过程中的作用。方法制备芦荟凝胶的胶原-壳聚糖-硫酸软骨素三元膜。取大鼠60只,随机分为模型对照组、湿润烧伤膏组、三元膜组,每组20只。造成深Ⅱ度烧伤模型后,测量大鼠烧伤后皮肤创面平均愈合时间及第1、3、7、14天创面愈合率,检测烧伤后第1、14天皮肤创面组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量并作统计学分析。结果与模型对照组相比,三元膜组能缩短烧伤大鼠皮肤创面愈合的时间(P<0.05),提高第3、7、14天的创面愈合率(P<0.01)。烧伤后第14天,与模型对照组相比,三元膜组皮肤创面组织中SOD含量升高(P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01),血清中TNF-α含量降低(P<0.01)。以上指标,三元膜组和烧伤膏组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芦荟凝胶的胶原-壳聚糖-硫酸软骨素三元膜可通过清除氧自由基、减少促炎症因子的生成,从而促进大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合。
OBJECTIVE To prepare collagen-chitosan-chondroitin sulfate ternary membrane of aloe vera gel and study its function in wound healing of deep second degree burn in rat skin. Methods Aloe - gel collagen - chitosan - chondroitin sulfate ternary membrane was prepared. 60 rats were randomly divided into model control group, MEBO group and ternary membrane group, with 20 rats in each group. After the deep second degree burn model was established, the mean wound healing time and wound healing rate on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after burn were measured. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ) And malondialdehyde (MDA) content, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) content and for statistical analysis. Results Compared with the model control group, the ternary membrane group could shorten the wound healing time (P <0.05) and increase the wound healing rate on the 3rd, 7th and 14th days (P <0.01). On the 14th day after burn, compared with the model control group, the content of SOD in the skin wound of the ternary membrane group was increased (P <0.01), the content of MDA was decreased (P <0.01) and the level of TNF-α in serum was decreased (P < 0.01). The above indicators, ternary membrane group and burn paste group was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Aloe gel collagen - chitosan - chondroitin sulfate ternary membrane can promote the healing of deep second degree burn in rat skin by scavenging oxygen free radicals and reducing the production of proinflammatory cytokines.
