实习是高职护理教育中加强实践教学,提高高职护理专业学生职业能力的一个重要环节,高职护理专业实习生在医院为期一年的实习的效果与实习生的心理状况密切相关。高职护理专业实习生在实习期间发生的各种心理应激事件会影响实习的效果和实习任务的完成,对实习生本人身心健康也会产生一系列影响,因此当实习生处于心理危机时有必要进行及时干预。本文以人-情境法和心理危机干预理论为基础,探析高职护理实习生实习过程中心理危机干预模型的构建。
