我们304厂是一个创建于抗日战争时期的大型一类企业。现有职工9300人,其中35岁以下青年职工4200余人,约占职工总数的45%。几年来,我们结合本厂青年特点,积极探索青年工作的有效途径,做了一些工作,保证了青年队伍思想健康稳定、素质稳步提高、作用有效发挥。一、认真分析研究,正确把握青年特点我厂青年职工绝大多数是在党的十一届三中全会后参加工作的,他们主要是从接班、学校分配、部队转业三个途径走上兵工岗位的。在改革开放进程中成长起来的当代兵工青年,既承受了计划经济体制向市场经济体制转换带来的阵痛,又品尝了兵工企业保军转民、二次创业
