公共部门科技人员工作满意度的提高是改革的难点和研究的热点。从个体需要满足的角度认识工作满意度,公共部门科技人员的工作满意度实际上主要包含收入、保障、成就以及公平四个方面。根据对江苏省各地市公共部门科技人员进行大范围抽样调查数据的实证研究结果显示:公共部门科技人员最为关注的公平是制度的公平,倾向于获得他人认可的成就感,生活质量和相对收入水平是较为重要的影响因素等结论。根据结论,提出了有利于提高公共部门科技人员工作满意度、深化公共部门改革的政策建议。
The improvement of job satisfaction of science and technology personnel in the public sector is a difficult point for reform and a hot spot for research. Job satisfaction is recognized from the perspective of individual needs satisfaction. In fact, job satisfaction of public-sector scientists and technologists mainly includes four aspects: income, security, achievement and fairness. According to the empirical research on large-scale sample survey data of public sector scientific and technological personnel in different cities in Jiangsu Province, the most concerned fairness of public science and technology personnel in public sector is the fairness of the system, which tends to obtain the accomplishment, quality of life and relative income recognized by others Is more important factors such as conclusions. According to the conclusion, some policy suggestions are put forward, which are helpful to improve the job satisfaction of science and technology personnel in the public department and deepen the public sector reform.
