素质教育是以促进学生的全面发展为目的,以提高国民素质为宗旨的教育。随着新一轮课改的发展,素质教育提上了日程,面临着不同于以往的教学要求,从前的教学方式已经不再适用于现在。但是,由于教师在教学过程中遇到了许多问题,所以初中数学教学效果并没有那么理想,严重影响了教学理念。
