从中小学校长在职的并持续整个校长职业生涯的角度出发,根据校长终身发展具有阶段性且存在着个性差异的特点,以及对培训的需求,从“主题”培训和课题研究入手,探讨实施中小学校长终身发展培训模式的方法。
