针对某井下用防爆运输车的承载特征和其作业时经受的复杂路面工况,分别建立了车体的多体动力学模型和有限元模型。采用虚拟样机技术在计算机中模拟不同的工况和路面激励特征,提取出特定路面激励下的峰值波形,再通过有限元分析方法得到其动态特性,其结果满足车体的动强度要求,为今后车体的改进设计提供了依据和理论参考。
According to the bearing characteristics of an explosion-proof truck under a well and the complicated road surface conditions encountered during operation, the multi-body dynamic model and the finite element model of the car body are respectively established. The virtual prototype technology is used to simulate different working conditions and road surface excitation characteristics in the computer. The peak waveform under the excitation of a specific road surface is extracted. The dynamic characteristics of the road surface are obtained through the finite element analysis. The results meet the dynamic strength requirements of the vehicle body. The improved design of the body provides the basis and theoretical reference.
