我校是一所农村中学,学生普遍基础较差,留守学生多,学生受社会、家庭、升学压力的影响大,加之设施短缺,学困生(学习感到困难的学生)较多.针对现状,学校提出实施阳光教育,体现以生为本的教育思想,坚定“教好每一个学生”的理念.物理教研组全体同仁积极践行阳光教育,着力推进阳光课堂建设,让每位学生都能积极自主的参与学习,针对学困生转化支八招,取得良好的实效.招式一:情感激励拉近距离每一个学生都有丰富的内心世界,每一个学生都有不同的内心世界,对学困生而言,他的内心世界则需要更多的理解、关爱、包容,渴望别人的尊重和肯定.对他们而言,要想获得别人的欣赏是多么的不易,获得老师的表扬,就更加是一种奢望.
