目的:探讨成分制备职业危险因素,防护措施和应急处理,提请成分制备人员对职业危害和防护采取高度重视。方法:采用目标性监测的方法,查阅近年来成分科人员职业危害的资料。结果:锐器刺伤、血液或废液喷溅、吸入气溶胶及其它的比例分别是63.27%、24.49%、4.08%、和8.16%。结论:充分认识成分制备人员职业安全的危险因素,加强职业安全教育,完善并严格执行安全防护措施,防止医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the preparation of occupational risk factors, protective measures and emergency treatment, and to draw the preparation of ingredients to attach great importance to occupational hazards and protection. Methods: By means of targeted monitoring, access to information on the occupational hazards of the staff in the component departments in recent years. Results: Sharps stab wounds, blood or waste splashes, inhalation aerosols and others were 63.27%, 24.49%, 4.08%, and 8.16%, respectively. Conclusion: To fully understand the risk factors of occupational safety for ingredient preparation staff, to enhance occupational safety education, to improve and strictly enforce safety precaution measures to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
