分析了７６例小儿地中海贫血在大部分脾动脉栓塞（ＰｓＥ）治疗前后脾脏大小和超声图像的变化，并从病理学角度探讨了这些变化的机理。
The changes of spleen size and ultrasound images in 76 children with thalassemia before and after the treatment of most splenic arterial embolism (PsE) were analyzed. The mechanism of these changes was also discussed from the pathological point of view.
