目的探讨微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的效果。方法 104例口腔种植患者,按照患者到院治疗时间分为第二组和第一组,每组52例。第一组行常规翻瓣种植治疗,第二组则行微创术不翻瓣治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果第二组种植所需时间(14.2±1.6)min、术后疼痛持续时间(0.70±0.12)d、术后肿胀持续时间(0.69±0.10)d,第一组种植所需时间(27.7±3.9)min、术后疼痛持续时间(3.30±1.20)d、术后肿胀持续时间(3.30±1.10)d,第二组各所需时间均短于第一组(P<0.05);第二组术后复查牙槽嵴的骨吸收量(0.15±0.01)mm少于第一组(0.19±0.04)mm(P<0.05)。第二组粉红美学评分标准PES评分总分为(11.31±2.26)分,明显高于第一组的(8.60±1.66)分(P<0.05)。结论微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的治疗效果佳,有效的缩短患者手术时间,提高治疗安全性,美学效果优良,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive non-flap technique in oral implants. Methods 104 cases of oral implant patients, according to the patient to hospital treatment time is divided into the second group and the first group, 52 cases in each group. The first group of conventional flap flap implant treatment, the second group was minimally invasive flap flap treatment, the treatment of patients in two groups compared. Results The time required for the second group of planting (14.2 ± 1.6) min, the duration of postoperative pain (0.70 ± 0.12) d, postoperative swelling duration (0.69 ± 0.10) d and the first group of planting time (27.7 ± 3.9 ) min, duration of postoperative pain (3.30 ± 1.20) d and duration of postoperative swelling (3.30 ± 1.10) d, the required time of the second group were shorter than the first group (P <0.05) Postoperatively, the bone resorption of alveolar ridge (0.15 ± 0.01) mm was less than that of the first group (0.19 ± 0.04) mm (P <0.05). The second group of pink aesthetic score PES score was (11.31 ± 2.26) points, significantly higher than the first group (8.60 ± 1.66) points (P <0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive flap technique has good curative effect in oral implant surgery, which can effectively shorten the operation time and improve the safety of treatment. The aesthetic effect is worthy of promotion.
