低温镀铁常规工艺经过六年来的试验和生产实践,现已在农机系统很多单位日趋稳定,为农机旧件修复和其它行业的设备维修做出了一定的贡献。为进一步完善常规工艺,在全国农机系统第三次低温镀铁工艺交流会期间,中国农机服务总公司修配处,组织了浙江省富阳县农机修造厂、余姚县农机修造厂;安徽省合肥郊区农机厂;广东省海康县农机二厂;四川省简阳县农机修造厂,会理县农机修造厂;黑龙江省农机修理研究所;吉林农机学院等工艺较稳定的单位,进行了座谈讨论,总结出一套单盐常规低温镀铁工艺过程和规范。现推荐如下,供有关单位参考试用,在生产实践中验证和改进。
After six years of testing and production practice, the conventional low-temperature iron plating process has become increasingly stable in many units of agricultural machinery systems and made some contribution to the repair of old agricultural machinery parts and equipment maintenance in other industries. In order to further improve the conventional process, during the third exchange session of low-temperature ferric plating process of agricultural machinery system in China, China National Agricultural Machinery Service Corporation repaired and organized the Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory in Fuyang County of Zhejiang Province and the Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory of Yuyao County in Anhui Province; Plant; Hikang County, Guangdong Province, Agricultural Machinery Plant; Jianyang County, Sichuan Province, agricultural machinery repair plant, Huili County Huiliu machinery repair plant; Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Machinery Repair Institute; Jilin Agricultural Machinery Institute and other technology more stable units, held discussions and concluded A single salt conventional low-temperature iron plating process and specifications. Now recommended as follows, for the reference of the relevant units trial, validation and improvement in production practice.
