目的探讨重症医学科护理应急预案培训的方法与效果。方法应用实景演练的形式对重症医学科50名护理人员进行应急预案培训。结果通过培训降低了重症医学科风险事件的发生率,提高了护理人员有效应对危机事件的能力,降低了重症医学科的护理风险。结论实景演练的培训方法能有效提高重症医学科应急预案培训效果,缩短护士培训周期,提高重症医学科的工作质量与效率。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of training emergency nursing plan in intensive care department. Methods Fifty nurses in the Department of Critical Care Medicine were trained in contingency plans by means of live exercises. Results The training reduced the incidence of risk events in critical care and increased the ability of nursing staff to effectively deal with crisis events and reduced the nursing risk in critical care medicine. Conclusion The training method of live exercise can effectively improve the training effect of emergency plan for critical care medicine, shorten the training period of nurses and improve the quality and efficiency of the work of critical care medicine.
