一、树立正确的权力观的重要意义一是树立正确的权力观,是提高党的执政能力的迫切需要。提高党的执政能力,关键在于搞好党的建设,坚持党要管党、从严治党的方针。我们党要求各级干部牢固树立正确的权力观,就是坚持党要管党、从严治党的一条重要措施。党的执政能力的提高,既体现在党的路线、方针、政策上,也体现在党的干部队伍的素质上。在一定意义上,要执好政,就要用好权,就要有高素质的干部队伍,而这一切都要以正确的权力观为基础。提高党的执政能力与树立正确权力观之间这种密切的内在联系,要求我们党必须把党的干部队伍管理好、建设好。最根本的是要把他们的思想政治基础打牢、思想政治防线筑严,牢固树立马克思主义的世界观、人生观、价值观,牢固树立正确的权力观。
