目的了解本地区临床护士的工作满意度现状及相关因素,探讨提高护士工作满意度的有效措施。方法采用自行设计的工作满意度量表(8个项目)对200名临床护士进行工作满意度调查。结果临床护士的总体满意度为中度满意。其中,对薪酬福利满意度为低度满意,其余均为中度满意。结论医院管理者需对满意度低的项目采取适度的激励和调整办法,以提高护士的工作满意度,降低护士的离职率,提高护理质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of job satisfaction of clinical nurses in the region and related factors and to explore effective measures to improve job satisfaction of nurses. Methods Satisfaction surveys were conducted on 200 clinical nurses using a self-designed job satisfaction questionnaire (8 items). Results The overall satisfaction of clinical nurses was moderately satisfactory. Among them, satisfaction with remuneration and benefits was low and satisfied with the rest being moderately satisfactory. Conclusion Hospital managers need to adopt appropriate incentives and adjustment measures for projects with low satisfaction so as to improve the job satisfaction of nurses, reduce the turnover rate of nurses and improve the quality of nursing care.
