2013年苏州市中小学生淋巴结和结膜炎健康检查结果

目的了解苏州市中小学生淋巴结、结膜炎的阳性检出状况及分布规律,为卫生、教育等相关部门进行干预和做好学生健康工作提供科学依据。方法按照《苏州市中小学生免费体检实施办法》要求,组织专业医务人员培训后对全市中小学生(小学1~6年级、初中1~2年级、高中1~2年级)进行健康检查,检查结果录入数据库并进行资料整理,采用描述流行病学方法进行资料分析,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 1性别、年龄信息完整的淋巴结受检的学生有515 528名,阳性检出率为0.998%。按性别分组,男女生的阳性检出率分别为1.020%、0.972%,男女生间阳性检出率差异无统计学意义。按年龄分组,其中阳性检出率最高的是5~8岁组,为1.563%。2性别、年龄信息完整的结膜炎受检的学生有584 193名,阳性检出率为1.487%。按性别分组,男女生的阳性检出率分别为1.534%、1.432%,男女生间阳性检出率差异有统计学意义。按年龄分组,其中阳性检出率最高的是5~8岁组,为1.760%。结论对检出浅表淋巴结肿大和结膜炎阳性体征的学生应引起足够重视,及时告知家长并前往医院进行详细检查和治疗,对该市中小学生,尤其是5~8岁学生应加强健康教育,引导学生养成良好的卫生习惯。另外,必须加强学生健康监测队伍和校医队伍的建设,保障学生健康监测工作的质量,预防各种学生常见病的发生。 Objective To understand the positive detection and distribution of lymph nodes and conjunctivitis among primary and secondary school students in Suzhou and to provide scientific basis for the intervention of relevant departments such as health and education and doing a good job in students’ health work. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation Measures for Free Medical Examination for Primary and Secondary Students in Suzhou City”, after the training of professional medical staff, the health check-ups of primary and secondary school students (grade 1 ~ 6 in primary school, grade 1 ~ 2 grade in junior high school, grade 1 ~ 2 grade in high school) Database and data collation, description of epidemiological methods for data analysis, using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results There were 515 528 students whose sex and age were complete with lymph nodes. The positive rate was 0.998%.
