闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎 (BOOP)是临床少见肺间质性疾病。本院自 2 0 0 2 -0 7～ 2 0 0 3 -10收治 8例患者 ,现报告如下。本组 8例中男 4例 ,女 4例 ,年龄 40～ 5 6岁 ,病程 1～ 3个月 ,均以进行性呼吸困难、咳嗽而就诊 ,发热 6例、咳痰 2例、夜间盗汗 3例、体重下降 3例
