在计算机技术与网络迅速发展与广泛应用的今天,图书馆界的数字化浪潮正演绎得如火如荼,多媒体信息的数字化以及网络技术的发展,为信息的存取、复制与传递提供了高效、快捷的途径,但随之而来的信息产品的版权保护和数据内容安全认证问题,成为日益严重的社会问题。而且信息网络化与电子文献的发展使图书馆从传统的“馆藏”扩展到整个网络,使得读者可随时随地从网络获取知识、信息,进一步地拓展了书刊、文献信息服务的时空。读者利用网络获取信息的多样化,使得图书馆的服务形式也必然相应地发生变化,数字图书馆更是如此。为了适应这种变化,更好地服务于读者、服务于社会,图书馆应逐渐过渡成网络化、信息化、自动化、多样化的综合性的服务机构[1]。

The digitalization of multimedia information and the development of network technology provide an efficient and quick way to access, copy and transmit information However, the ensuing issue of copyright protection and data content security certification of information products has become an increasingly serious social problem. Moreover, the development of information network and electronic documents has enabled the library to extend from the traditional “collections” to the entire network so that readers can obtain knowledge and information anytime, anywhere from the Internet and further extend the time and space of books and periodicals and literature information services. Readers use the Internet to obtain the diversity of information, making the service form of the library must be changed accordingly, especially in digital libraries. In order to adapt to this change and serve the readers better and serve the society, the library should be gradually transformed into a networked, informatized, automated and diversified integrated service institution.
