用同一浸渍法但焙烧、还原条件不同制成了两种Ir-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了浸渍、焙烧及还原后各样品的Ir_(4f),Al_(2p)N_(1s)的XPS谱图。表明在制备过程中[IrCl_6]~(-2)在Al_2O_3上为Ir(4),Ir(3),Ir(0)的物类,Ir的化学环境受处理条件的影响,通过用于肼分解反应后,Ir的状态组成无变化,但晶粒显著增大,并有氮残存在表面上。用Ir_(4f),与Al_(2p)谱线的强度比表示Ir的分散度与其它方法对比有一致性。
Two kinds of Ir-Al 2 O 3 catalysts were prepared by the same impregnation method but different calcination and reduction conditions. The XPS spectra of Ir 4f and Al 2p N 1s in each sample after impregnation, calcination and reduction were investigated. The results show that Ir (4), Ir (3) and Ir (0) are the species of [IrCl_6] -2 on Al_2O_3 during the preparation. The chemical environment of Ir is affected by the treatment conditions. After the reaction, there was no change in the state composition of Ir, but the crystal grains increased significantly and nitrogen remained on the surface. The intensity ratio of Ir to (Al) (2p) shows that the dispersion of Ir is in agreement with other methods.
