学生从小学四年级就开始练习跑步立定,但多数学生难以掌握,甚至有的学生到了中学,仍然还不会做跑步立定。究其原因,除教材本身的难度外,关键在于教学方法不当。在教学中,我采用化难为易的方法,收到较好效果。具体步骤如下: 一、教师先做2-3次完整的动作示范(正面、侧面),讲清动作要领,使学生初步感知教材。二、学生成原地立正姿势,口令下达后,按“左步、右步、左步、并步”的顺序要求,以走步的方式
Students from the fourth grade elementary school began to practice running, but most students find it difficult to master, and even some students to secondary school, still will not do running set.
