小儿慢性鼻窦炎是小儿耳鼻咽喉科常见病、多发病。传统的鼻窦开放根治术及内镜下功能性鼻窦开放引流术不失为治疗慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。但儿童鼻窦结构发育尚未完全 ,炎症造成的鼻腔、鼻窦生理功能障碍可逆性大 ,故小儿慢性鼻窦炎应以保守治疗为主。 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 3
Pediatric chronic sinusitis is a common disease of children with otolaryngology, frequently-occurring disease. Traditional open radical mastectomy and endoscopic sinus surgery open drainage is an effective method of treatment of chronic sinusitis. However, the development of children’s sinus structure is not yet complete, inflammation caused by nasal and nasal sinus physiology dysfunction reversible, so children with chronic sinusitis should be based on conservative treatment.
