视频会议系统主要是由视频会议服务器、网络管理系统、传输网络以及视频会议终端所共同组成的。在采用视频会议时,能够让多人同时进行通讯,实现面对面的视频交流。目前,我国视频会议系统已在许多企业的办公室、教育机构及政府机关广泛采用,取消了会议的旅行安排,减少了没必要的出差费用。但是,在视频会议在系统应用和维护的全过程之中,或多或少还是存在一定问题,需要相关维护工作人员进行解决。笔者主要对视频会议系统维护中常见的故障进行系统的分析,并提出确实可行的维护方案。
Video conferencing system is mainly composed of video conferencing servers, network management systems, transport networks and video conferencing terminals together. In the use of video conferencing, to allow more than one person to communicate at the same time, to achieve face-to-face video communication. At present, the video conferencing system in our country has been widely adopted by many enterprises’ offices, educational institutions and government agencies, canceled the travel arrangements for conferences and reduced the unnecessary travel expenses. However, in the whole process of video conference system application and maintenance, there are still some problems that need to be solved by the relevant maintenance staff. The author mainly analyzes the common faults in the video conference system maintenance and puts forward the feasible maintenance plan.
