将硅铝原料与β沸石晶种混合成型,对成型前驱体进行水热转化制备无黏结剂β沸石,考察了模板剂质量和用量、晶化温度和晶化时间对制备材料的影响。结果表明优化条件下制备的无黏结剂β沸石产物晶体尺寸小,具有丰富的孔结构、较大的比表面以及较高的机械强度。基于无黏结剂β沸石负载金属钯(Pd)制备的加氢烷基化催化剂具有良好的催化性能,质量分数为0.3%Pd/Hβ催化剂上苯加氢烷基化反应中环己基苯的收率可达27.8%。
The precursor of aluminosilicate and zeolite beta were mixed and formed, and the precursor of zeolite was hydrothermally transformed to prepare binder-free β zeolite. The influences of the quality and amount of template agent, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the prepared material were investigated. The results show that the binder-free β zeolite prepared under optimized conditions has a small crystal size, abundant pore structure, large specific surface area and high mechanical strength. The hydrogenation alkylation catalyst prepared on binderless β zeolite supported metal palladium (Pd) has good catalytic performance. The yield of cyclohexylbenzene in benzene hydroalkylation on 0.3% Pd / Hβ catalyst is good Up to 27.8%.
