目的 :探讨抗凝血酶 (AT )对内毒素血症致多器官功能不全综合征 (MODS)的防治作用。方法 :以内毒素注射建立鼠 MODS模型 ,随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和治疗组。治疗组于内毒素注入 1小时后静注 AT 2 5 U/kg,观察血生化、凝血指标和病理组织学变化 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :治疗组与阳性对照组比较 ,血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、部分凝血活酶生成时间、D 二聚体、凝血酶原时间、AT 、血糖、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶等均有显著性差异。病理组织学 (肺、肾、肝等 )治疗组也有明显改善。结论 :AT 对内毒素致 MODS有防治作用
Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of antithrombin (AT) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) caused by endotoxemia. Methods: MODS model was established by injecting endotoxin and randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group and treatment group. One hour after the injection of endotoxin, the treatment group was treated with AT 2 5 U / kg intravenously, blood biochemistry, coagulation index and histopathological changes were observed and compared with the control group. Results: Compared with the positive control group, the platelet count, fibrinogen, partial thromboplastin time, D dimer, prothrombin time, AT, blood glucose, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, Sex phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, etc. have significant differences. Histopathology (lung, kidney, liver, etc.) treatment group also significantly improved. Conclusion: AT can prevent and treat endotoxin-induced MODS
