目的分析2013-2015年度湖南省助产机构剖宫产率现状,为控制全省剖宫产率提供科学依据。方法对2013-2015年度《湖南省母婴保健技术服务机构妇幼卫生年报数据调查详细列表(机构级表)》数据进行统计分析,了解全省助产机构剖宫产率现状。结果 2013-2015年全省助产机构总的剖宫产率在40.23%~40.48%之间,处于下降趋势,年份间差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。省级及以上、市级、县级助产机构剖宫产率处于下降趋势(均P=0.000),而民营、乡级助产机构剖宫产率处于上升趋势(均P=0.000)。民营医疗机构剖宫产率比例大于60%机构数,乡镇卫生院剖宫产率比例在40%~60%机构数,处于上升趋势,年份间差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论全省剖宫产率得到控制,省级及以上、市级、县级助产机构剖宫产率控制仍有空间,民营、乡级助产机构剖宫产率控制需重点关注。 Objective To analyze the status of cesarean section rate in Hunan province during 2013-2015 and provide a scientific basis for controlling the rate of cesarean section in Hunan Province. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the data of “MCH Statistical Report” from 2013 to 2015 in Hunan Province, and the status of cesarean section in the province’s midwifery. Results The total rate of cesarean section in the province was between 40.23% and 40.48% between 2013 and 2015, which showed a downward trend with a significant difference between years (P = 0.005). Cesarean section rates at the provincial level and above, municipal and county level were on a downward trend (both P = 0.000), while cesarean section rates at the private and township level midwifery institutions were on an upward trend (both P = 0.000). The number of cesarean section in private medical institutions was more than 60%. The number of cesarean sections in township hospitals was in the range of 40% -60%, which was on an upward trend. There was a significant difference between years (P <0.005). Conclusion The rate of cesarean section in the province is under control. There is still room for cesarean section rate control in provincial and above midwifery agencies at municipal level and county level. The cesarean section rate control of midwifery and township level midwifery should pay more attention.
