新时期,农村经济、文化等方面迅速发展,各项工作也取得了显著的成就。作为新农村建设中的重要组成部分,基层文化建设也逐渐受到广泛的关注和重视。农村的基层群众文化建设是我国文化建设的重要组成部分,对于提高农村居民文化素质,促进农村经济的快速发展,实现新农村建设具有积极的意义和作用。但是当前我国农村基层群众文化建设中还存在不少问题,本文就对这些问题进行分析,探究新时期农村基层群众文化建设的有效对策。
In the new period, the rural economy and culture have witnessed rapid development. Various achievements have also been made in various fields. As an important part of the new rural construction, the grass-roots cultural construction has also been gradually widespread concern and attention. The construction of grassroots mass culture in rural areas is an important part of our country’s cultural construction and has a positive meaning and effect for improving the cultural quality of rural residents, promoting the rapid development of rural economy and realizing the new rural reconstruction. However, at present, there are still many problems in the construction of grassroots mass culture in rural areas in our country. This article analyzes these problems and probes into the effective measures to build grassroots mass culture in rural areas in the new era.
