以汽车用AM50A-F压铸镁合金为研究对象,采用不同的铸造工艺制备AM50A-F镁合金试样,并对各试样的显微组织、硬度和阻尼性能进行了测试与对比分析。实验结果表明,浇注温度影响AM50A-F镁合金的晶粒尺寸及分布,进而影响合金的微观组织结构;在一定浇注温度范围内,硬度和阻尼性能随着浇注温度的升高而降低。
AM50A-F die-casting magnesium alloy for automobile was taken as the research object, AM50A-F magnesium alloy samples were prepared by different casting processes, and the microstructure, hardness and damping performance of each sample were tested and compared. The experimental results show that the pouring temperature affects the grain size and distribution of AM50A-F magnesium alloy, and then affects the microstructure of the alloy. The hardness and damping properties decrease with the increase of pouring temperature in a certain casting temperature range.
