由于国内经济呈稳定发展状态,不断带动其它行业发展的步伐.尤其是建筑行业在国内经济中的发展,已然成为产业经济的重要支柱,其建筑工程与社会群众生活存在紧密相连的关系,建筑行业在经济方面的利益也是社会和企业所关注的核心问题.但建筑工程在建设中存在很多不良现状,尤其工程项目中涉及的进度管理问题,深度影响了施工队伍准时完成工程的进度,并对于建筑企业在行业内造成不良影响.因此,本文对建筑工程在项目开展中涉及的进度管理进行探讨,便于实现有效的管理和控制.
