目的分析糖尿病患者重复使用胰岛素笔用注射针头的原因及护理对策。方法将2016年1月至2016年6月我院收治的糖尿病患者86例,患者入院前已在使用胰岛素笔用注射器,分析患者重复使用笔用注射针头的原因。结果 86例重复使用胰岛素笔用注射针头病人中,初中以下学历53例(61.63%)。对胰岛素注射相关知识掌握度而言,不了解的有55例(63.95%)。结论对重复使用的患者采用具有针对性措施,能有效降低重复使用,确保患者生命安全。
Objective To analyze the reasons and nursing countermeasures of reusing pen of insulin pen in diabetic patients. Methods Totally 86 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study. The reasons for repeated use of pen needles were analyzed with insulin pen. Results Among the 86 patients with repeated use of insulin pen needle, 53 cases (61.63%) had junior high school education or below. In terms of insulin injection related knowledge, there are 55 cases (63.95%) who do not understand. Conclusions The repeated use of patients with targeted measures, can effectively reduce the repeated use, to ensure patient safety of life.
