目的应用超声生物显微镜评价原发性闭角型青光眼患者行复合式小梁切除术后眼前节结构的改变。方法对原发性闭角型青光眼30例30眼行复合式小梁切除术,术前1天和术后1个月行UBM检查,观察眼前节结构的变化,同时监测手术前后的眼压和术后疗效。结果 UBM检查结果显示,术后较术前房角开放程度增加,前房深度及其他参数无改变。结论原发性闭角型青光眼行复合式小梁切除术可以部分改变眼前节形态。
Objective To evaluate the changes of anterior segment structure in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma treated with compound trabeculectomy by using ultrasound biomicroscopy. Methods Thirty patients (30 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma underwent combined trabeculectomy. UBM was performed at 1 day before surgery and one month after surgery. The changes of anterior segment structure were observed. The intraocular pressure Postoperative effect. Results The results of UBM examination showed that the postoperative open angle of the anterior chamber angle was increased and the depth of the anterior chamber and other parameters were unchanged. Conclusions Primary trabeculectomy combined with trabeculectomy may partially change the morphology of the anterior segment.
