Gastric cancer is one of the common malignancies of the digestive tract. As one of the means for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer, gastroscopy has important clinical value. We analyzed 757 cases of gastroscopy diagnosed with gastric cancer from 1986 to 1997 which were confirmed by surgical resection and pathological diagnosis. The results reported below. 1 Clinical data: 757 cases of surgical resection of gastric cancer in our hospital were studied.
